This service will include: 

• Checking all bulbs in fixtures (replacement bulbs will be billed additionally)
• Re-adjust/straighten fixtures
• Cleaning of all lenses and sockets
• Reset transformer timer
• Pruning of ground cover away from lighting fixtures for proper lighting effect
• Loosen wires in trees (if applicable)

If additional labor or parts are required, a charge per man hour will be applied for all work performed plus cost of parts and/or bulbs.
